Dear students,
We hereby inform you that, by decision of the Academic Council from 24.02.2025, the Regulations for the Organization of the Educational Process of MU-Pleven have been amended, under these amendments, starting from the summer semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, students who resume their studies after interruption will be required to pay the tuition fee of the respective course/year they will be continuing after the end of their interruption, as per Art. 23, para. 10, Art. 24, para. 2 and para. 3, Art. 26, para. 3 and para. 4, Art. 27 and Art. 29, as well as after removal pursuant to Art. 28, para. 2, item 3 and Art. 30 of these Regulations.
Please note that, in accordance to Art. 13, the provisions of the Higher Education Act, the Regulations on the Structure and Activities of MU - Pleven, the Regulations on the Organization of the Educational Process at MU - Pleven, the Regulations for Admission of Students at MU - Pleven, the Obligations and Contracts Act and other applicable legal acts apply to the unresolved issues in the contracts for paid education signed by you, and the agreed financial conditions are applicable only upon regular fulfillment of your obligations under paragraph two of the same.
