Administrative Support of the Educational Process

The Student Office of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is a specialized administrative unit operating under the direct supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, in coordination with the Academic Affairs Department of Medical University – Pleven.

The Office actively participates in organizing and conducting the student admission campaign, organizes and administers the educational process, and maintains the complete records and documentation of the Faculty’s students. Its activities are carried out in accordance with the Ordinance on State Requirements for the Content of Basic Documents Issued by Higher Education Institutions, as well as with the internal regulatory documents of Medical University – Pleven.

Main Activities

The activities of the Student Office include:

  • enrollment of newly admitted students;

  • certification of completed semesters and registration of students for the next academic year;

  • preparation and administration of class schedules, exam timetables, and examination records;

  • issuance, certification, and maintenance of documents confirming student status;

  • certification of teaching-related documents for faculty members;

  • issuance of certificates, academic transcripts, and duplicate diplomas for graduates;

  • confirmation of issued documents before the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, and other institutions;

  • receipt, processing, and archiving of student applications, requests, and complaints;

  • preparation of reports, summaries, and information related to the educational process;

  • monitoring and recording attendance at classes;

  • preparation and issuance of diplomas for graduating students.
