Scientists from the Center of Competence on Personalized Medicine, 3D and Telemedicine, Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery "Leonardo da Vinci" took part in the national meeting "From Science to Innovation" under the "Scientific Research, Innovation and Digitalization for Smart Transformation" Programme 2021-2027.
The event, held on November 4, 2025, at Sofia Tech Park, gathered over 300 representatives of business, the scientific community, and partners of the centers of competence and excellence, established with the support of Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth" 2014 - 2020.
The "Leonardo da Vinci" Center of Competence was represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Martin Karamanliev, Dr. Zornitsa Kamburova, Eng. Dimitar Moshevski, and Vladislav Hristov, who shared results and innovative approaches from the Center's activities.
As a panelist in the discussion "Industry for Healthy Living and Biotechnologies," Assoc. Prof. Karamanliev presented the achievements of the scientists and the efforts to build sustainable links between science and business.
