The Medical University – Pleven informs its residents and young doctors about a unique opportunity to apply for one-week specialized seminars organized by the American-Austrian Foundation and the Open Medical Institute (OMI), which will take place in the period May-September 2026 at Schloss Arenberg, Salzburg, Austria.

OMI seminars are a prestigious international educational initiative aimed at doctors under 40 years old who are proficient in English and are either in the process of specialization or have already completed it.

The training is led by distinguished American and European instructors and includes lectures, discussions, clinical case presentations, and hands-on training sessions. Each seminar is limited to 36 participants, ensuring active engagement and a personalized approach.

The foundation fully covers all participant expenses, including travel, accommodation, meals, courses, and educational materials.
