The academic staff of the department is actively involved in teaching imaging techniques to Bulgarian-language and English-language training courses.
Collaborators of the department teach and lecture on the following subjects:
- Course " Imaging Diagnostic " in Faculty "Public Health" - Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy
- Faculty "Health Care" - midwives, nurses
- Medical College Pleven - X-ray technicians.
Despite the huge workload and staffing issues, the academic staff of the department works independently and in collaboration with several other departments in both medical diagnostics and research activities.
